"Love will come naturally when everything is in the perfect harmony."
Yea I used to believe in this quote, long time ago. I believe that love is perfect. It should be perfect. As perfect as fairy tales. So as I grow up, I keep myself busy searching for the most perfect love. And yes, I never found one. Every time I threw myself into that phase, I find disappointment. Because my expectation is, love is always perfect, flawless and beautiful.
As I grow older (and wiser), I learnt that, love, isn't always perfect. It doesn't have to be perfect. There will be flaws, hurdles, challenges, pain, and much more things you could ever imagine. It sometimes went smoothly but sometimes, it's not. It's enough to find someone who loves you for who you are, accept your flaws and imperfections, cherish the moments together until the last breaths of yours. And yes, along the path of having someone you love besides you, there will always be challenges. Love isn't boring. Love is exciting. You don't wait for perfections, you create perfections from flaws and imperfections. That's the beauty of love. And yes, finally I found one, the one that I'll cherish until the end of my life, inshaAllah.
Imagine Rasulullah pbuh faced so much hurdles and challenges as he protecting his love for Allah swt, just to impress Allah, just to follow His orders, Rasulullah pbuh never once swayed from Him, despite the miseries he got from the people who refuse to oblige Allah swt. Rasulullah pbuh showed his love for Allah and that is what we have to learn from His Messenger. Follow the sequence, build your love for Allah and His Messenger pbuh strongly, tightly and never take any chance to sway from His love for you, only then you'll find how beauty a love is, for the people around you. The mother, the father, the spouse, the friends, and the loved ones, cherish the love between us and make this world a better place to live in.
May Allah showers us with His love and blessings, may we be among the ones whom He bestowed favor, fiddunya wal akhirah. Amiin amiin amiin.
